What This Demo Shows
Refi window or blocked: If a refi window exists, you see the optimal window and chart; if not, you see “No Executable Refinance Window Identified” with average equity gap, bottom 10% equity gap, and % of scenarios where refi fails to clear.
Tenant outcomes: Tier 1 (refi-deciding / blocking conditions), Tier 2 (opportunistic levers / what would create a window), Tier 3 (compounding fragility). When refi is blocked, the same tiers are framed as “Why refinancing never clears” and “What would create a refi window?”
